Surgeons of all specialties who are interested in international work are invited to attend the Tropical Surgery, Obstetrics, and Gynecology skills course at Baylor College of Medicine, which will be held on September 10-15, 2018, in Houston, Texas.  This course will provide dedicated training in emergency and essential skills for those who practice or plan to practice in low-resource settings for any period of time.

Participants will receive 43 CME credits for attendance. If participant chooses to take and pass the end-of-course exam, they will also receive a Certificate in Tropical Surgery, Obstetrics, and Gynecology.  It is recommended for those who are in obstetrics/gynecology to select the general surgery track, and for general surgeons to select the OB/Gyn track.
