It takes a lot of people to put on a conference as large and as necessary as the Mobilizing Medical Missions Conference is. Want to participate in the conference by sharing, educating, and connecting attendees with opportunities to get involved with your organization? If you have a missions-based organization that you would like for others to know more about, you can register as an exhibitor.
Exhibitors will be located on the second floor concourse of Lakewood Church throughout the conference. Space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For a fee of $500, each exhibitor will receive:
- One (1) 10’x10’ standard booth space (includes pipe and drape, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 identification sign).
- 1 listing on the exhibitor list and map in the official M3 Conference Program/Guide.
- 1 listing on the exhibitor page on the M3 website.
- 2 “Exhibit Hall Access Only” badges. (These badges do NOT include registration benefits.)
Registration is sold separately and includes dessert, continental breakfast, lunch and access to plenary and breakout sessions.
