Alisa Geers, ARNP

Alisa was first drawn to medical missions when she was 13 years old during a summer mission trip to Botswana. She graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with her Bachelors in Nursing and then with her Masters in Nursing, Nurse Practitioner, from Johns Hopkins University in 2011. The Lord continually placed a burden on her heart to serve overseas during school and while working she participated in several short term international trips. After working 6 years as a Nurse Practitioner at a community health center, Alisa and her husband Andrew moved to Honduras to be missionaries full time in 2016. She continues to serve at Hospital Loma de Luz in Honduras working in the clinic, emergency department, and pharmacy.
