Danny Joseph
Dr. Danny Joseph is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who was born and raised in Houston, Texas. From a young age, the Lord put a desire in his heart to be a part of medical missions. After he completed his residency at Houston Methodist Hospital, he joined the post residency program with Samaritan’s Purse. For over 2 years, Dr. Joseph and his wife, Nancy, have served in a mission hospital in rural Nepal as medical missionaries. They also have served as short term missionaries at Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya during the COVID pandemic.
He currently serves on the Board of Bethesda International Ministries, a mission based in India that trains believers in the Word of God, plants churches in villages, and provides charity to those in need. As a family, they have traveled to India many times to share the gospel and organize medical mission camps.
Dr. Joseph enjoys teaching medical topics to help improve healthcare in international settings and has held various leadership positions during his residency and with the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. He has also served in leadership positions in his local church in Houston and is passionate about encouraging believers to be an active part in missions.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, leading worship, traveling, and trying out new cuisines. In the future, he hopes to continue to serve the underserved wherever God may lead.
