2025 M3 Conference Exhibitors

EXHIBITOR (limited space available; first come, first serve)

Prices:

• $500 per booth space - For returning exhibitors only who register by December 31, 2024.
• $550 per booth space – For all new exhibitors, as well as returning exhibitors who register after December 31, 2024.

Registration Price Includes:

• One (1) 10' x 8' Exhibitor booth space (includes pipe and drape, 1 – 6' table with tablecloth and skirting, 2 chairs, 1 identification sign, access to electricity).PLEASE NOTE: Regarding booth location preference, sponsors will receive priority selection, and then after that, booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis based on registration date.
• Listing on exhibitor list and map in the official M3 Conference Program/Guide.
• Listing on exhibitor page on www.m3missions.com.*
• Two (2) conference registrations (includes Attendee benefits).
• Ability to purchase additional conference registrations at a flat rate of $35.00 per person.

Additional Exhibitor Information:

• Exhibitor registrations go through an approval process.
• Once you register, your organization will be reviewed by a committee.
• You will be notified via the email address you provide in your registration whether or not you are approved to participate as an Exhibitor at the M3 Conference.
• The registration fee will not be charged unless you are approved.
• If approved, you will receive a Sponsor/Exhibitor Agreement to sign and return. This agreement includes detailed information regarding shipping supplies, set-up, tear-down, etc.
• PLEASE NOTE that priority will be given to organizations that have a global health focus, especially those providing volunteer service opportunities, and after January 15, 2025, if there is space available, other organizations will be considered.
