Sam Fabiano

A native of Angola, Africa, Dr Fabiano is a General Surgeon and co-program director of the newest general surgery residency program affiliated and approved by the Pan African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) and the College of Surgeons of East, Central, and Southern Africa (COSECSA).     Dr Fabiano and his family are full-time SIM missionaries at Centro Evangelico de Medicina do Lubango (CEML).  A general surgeon in the fullest sense, Dr. Fabiano also provides GYN, orthopedic, and even neurosurgical care in a nation where such skills are rare.  He completed his general surgery residency at Bongolo Hospital in Gabon and is a Fellow by Examination in General Surgery under COSECSA.     Dr Fabiano’s passion is to teach and mentor new Christian doctors who will one day help staff the various mission hospitals throughout Angola.
