A personal note from Dr. Paul and Jennifer Osteen:

Dear Friends,

We will be hosting the third annual Mobilizing Medical Missions (M3) Conference on February 23 and 24, 2018, in Houston, Texas, at Lakewood Church. We are so excited about highlighting the Samaritan’s Purse D.A.R.T. efforts at the 2018 M3 Conference and wanted to share it with you:

  • Yancy Stermer and Andres and Katie Morales, all of whom served in Iraq, will speak in our plenary sessions.
  • Samaritan’s Purse will set up an emergency field hospital on site for conference attendees to tour.
  • Samaritan’s Purse is facilitating a D.A.R.T. mini-training entitled, “Serving the Great Physician in Disaster Zones,” from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in a Pre-Conference Workshop on Friday before the conference begins.
  • We will host a private dinner for all of you who have served in the S.P./D.A.R.T. Iraq effort. It will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. after the conference at the DoubleTree hotel next to the conference venue. Ken Isaacs (Executive Director for Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Relief) and Dr. Elliott Tenpenny (Manager for Samaritan’s Purse Emergency Medical Response and International Projects) will be joining us as well.

We would love to personally invite you to the M3 Conference and to the dinner following. This page includes information about the dinner, and you can find out more information about the M3 Conference at m3missions.com.

Please RSVP for the dinner to Emily Clifton at cliftonemily@icloud.com or 713.806.0543. Also, please feel free to let Emily know of any other D.A.R.T. Iraq alumni that you know to be sure they receive an invitation as well.

We hope to see you in February.

Blessings,
Paul and Jennifer Osteen

What is the M3 Conference?

The Mobilizing Medical Missions (M3) Conference is designed to bring together doctors, nurses, dentists, and other healthcare professionals, as well as anyone who has a desire to use their skills to meet pressing global healthcare needs. At the conference, hear from experts in the field of global health and be inspired by men and women who are in the trenches, often in resource-limited settings, doing what they can to make a difference in people’s lives. Connect with organizations working in the areas of medical missions, orphan care, WaSH (water, sanitation or hygiene), human trafficking, poverty and injustice. Held in Houston, Texas, each year, the M3 Conference reaches around the world to touch the hearts and lives of people in need. For more information about the conference, visit m3missions.com.
