Will Copeland, MD
Will and his wife Alisa both grew up in Little Rock, AR and attended Harding University in Searcy, AR together. Will’s training took them back to Little Rock for medical school and then to Rochester, MN for neurosurgery residency. They and their 6 children have lived at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, East Africa since 2016. Will is the only neurosurgeon at Tenwek. One of their favorite parts of life and ministry in Kenya is mentoring the surgical residents and their wives. Will trains and disciples the residents in the Pan-African Academy of Christian Surgeons (PAACS) training program at Tenwek. Alisa leads an outreach ministry for medical wives called Side By Side that encourages women in their faith and medical marriages.
