Lisa D. Cole, MA, RN

Lisa joined MBF (Medical Benevolence Foundation) in September 2016. Her primary role is to develop, oversee and coordinate programs within the Mary K Center for Global Nursing Development. The Mary K Center helps improve nursing education, advance nursing practice and provides the resources needed to empower nurses in low resourced countries to serve as leaders in improving the quality of and access to healthcare in their countries. She focuses on developing strategic and collaborative partnerships between MBF’s global and U.S. partners.

With undergraduate degrees in nursing and organizational communications and a Master’s degree in gerontology, Lisa has over 30 years of proven clinical, program development, management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to coming to MBF, she spent the last 10 years of her career focused on community outreach and engagement in under-resourced communities in Indianapolis.
