Kelly Sites, RN
Kelly Sites has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years and has worked with Samaritan’s Purse since 2010 as a Disaster Assistance Response (DART) Nurse.
Kelly has served all over the world on over 18 deployments including 4 deployments for Ebola in Liberia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, 2 trips to Iraq in the Emergency Field Hospital outside of Mosul, Iraq, Haiti for Cholera, Bangladesh for Diphtheria in the Rohingya refugee camp, Ecuador after the earthquake, Vanuatu, Tanzania, Philippines, and many more.
Most recently, Kelly served in the Bahamas as the Emergency Field Hospital Director after Hurricane Dorian, where Samaritan’s Purse treated over 7500 patients.
Kelly also serves as a DART and Ebola trainer, and is certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
Kelly is happily married and lives with her husband and 21 year-old twins in Lansing, Michigan.
